Not sure if I think it's my favorite, hard to decide because I love this song so much I have a lot to choose from... but I have always loved 8/1/73, Jerry's birthday at Roosevelt Stadium, NJ. I think because it's Jerry's 31st ? birthday, I love this version. I love the lyrics of the song and think it has a bit of a birthday theme, sort of, if you care to think of it that way, or one of awakening. "In another time's forgotten space, your eyes looked from your mother's face"

and Straight to the goods:

Partial Set II 1. Dark Star > [24:52] 2. El Paso > [4:24] 3. Eyes of the World > [20:05] 4. Morning Dew [13:17]

There's a new AUD in from Jerry Moore, but that part of the end of set II isn't on it, so no Dark Star, Eyes etc.. I haven't given a proper listen yet- TJI:

There are other great SBDs of the whole show on the archive and there is a free version on Nugs.net. Love the versions you guys have picked, too. Can't wait to see some more come in.

Oh my god! you got me there. Just checking to see if you were paying attention. I don't know what the hell I was thinking about there. I think I might have been following my Dead dreams to another land... Of course, yes I love Franklin's Tower too. And of course, the whole birthday theory has to go on over to Franklins, unfortunately they didn't play that song as of 1973, haha. Jerry's birthday or not! Well, I think I just like this show because it was his birthday and they must have been partying down. And the whole Dark Star > El Paso > Eyes > Dew is awesome! By the way, I love lots of these shows being mentioned in this thread, especially 73, 74, and 76, 77 too.
